Identity Verification

The identity verification step in the Friddy platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This step requires the user to submit photos of their ID card.

Steps for KYC on Friddy:

1. Take Photo of ID Card:

   • Front: Capture a clear, well-lit photo of the front of your ID card.

   • Back: Capture a clear, well-lit photo of the back of your ID card.

   • File Size: Ensure each photo is between 10KB and 5120KB in JPG/JPEG/PNG format.

2. Review Instructions:

   • Good:

     • Ensure photos are not cropped or blurry.

     • Avoid glare or reflections on the card.

     • The ID must be government-issued.

   • Image Quality:

     • Use original, full-size, unedited images.

     • Place the card against a single-colored background for better visibility.

     • Ensure the images are readable and well-lit with colors.

   • Things to Avoid:

     • Do not submit black and white images.

     • Do not submit edited or expired documents.

3. Continue:

   • After confirming that your photos meet all requirements, click "Continue" to proceed with the verification process.

Additional Notes:

• The verification process may take some time, so please be patient.

• If your photos do not meet the requirements, you will be asked to retake them.
